AntiOnline Falls Victim to DoS Attacks

Various

AntiOnline, the hacker news site run by JP (John Vranesevich) has fallen victim to a fifty minute DoS attack.  The attack started some time around nine PM on Monday, June 14.

Vranesevich has previously called their network, based on a T1 line, almost invulnerable.  It has, in the past, fallen victim to DoS attacks -- but to AntiOnline´s credit, it has yet to be defaced.

Hackers have traditionally felt contempt for AntiOnline.com and John Vranesevich, particularly after a recent change of mission statement in which Vranesevich announces he will begin hunting hackers and crackers.

The site remained down for at least five hours.
